Arthur T. Minson Jr., also known as Artie, has been president and chief operating officer of WeWork Management LLC since June 2015. Prior to joining WeWork, Minson served as the chief financial officer and executive vice president of Time Warner Cable Inc. from May 2013 to June 2015 and still operates as an advisor to the company. Previously, while at Time Warner Cable, Minson served as the chief operating officer of AOL Inc. from June 2012 to February 2013; as executive vice president of AOL Inc. from September 2009 to February 2013; as chief financial officer of AOL LLC from September 2009 to September 2012; and as its chief administrative officer since August 2010. He has also served as chief financial officer and executive vice president of AOL, Inc. (Historic AOL LLC) since September 2009 and as its president of AOL Services since December 2011. He also served as an executive vice president and deputy chief financial officer at Time Warner Cable Inc., where he oversaw Time Warner Cable’s accounting, financial planning and analysis, operations finance, and treasury functions. In addition, Minson served as the senior vice president of finance since joining Time Warner Cable in early 2006, where he oversaw corporate finance and development and was responsible for financial planning, budgeting, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate financial administration. He joined AOL in 2004 as senior vice president of finance for AOL’s Broadband, Premium and Platform Services Division. Prior to that, Minson worked at AMC Networks Inc. for four years as senior vice president of finance and previously he served as vice president of business operations. From 1999 to 2000, he worked at Time Warner Digital Media as executive director of finance and business development. He also worked at Time Warner Inc., as director of Finance Special Projects from 1998 to 1999. He also held senior finance positions at Rainbow Media Holdings, Inc. Minson began his career in the business assurance practice at Ernst & Young and spent several years as one of Time Warner’s external auditors before joining Ernst & Young’s merger and acquisition practice. Minson holds a BSBA in Accounting from Georgetown University and an MBA with a concentration in finance from Columbia Business School.
